SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping

  • All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped over the weekends or U.S. holidays. We currently use fulfillment service, so you can choose your preferred way of delivery at checkout . Once your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. 

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping via UPS or DHL. Additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region in which you live. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

Return 

  • We offer returns for a refund in the original form of payment. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please send us a request for a return authorization within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.

  • Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached including our "DO NOT REMOVE" hangtag. 

  • We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.

  • Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

  • We reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without approval.

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and 5-10 days for the bank to post the refund to your account.

International Returns

  • International shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Any duties and taxes paid are also nonrefundable. We are not responsible for international shipping fees or lost returns.
